| When you add a TBF qdisc to a CBQ class and remove the CBQ root class, the TBF qdisc isn't removed. On my laptop, I can remove and insert my PCMCIA network card to reset everything, but that isn't a solution for a production environment. The same for SFQ qdiscs attached to CBQ classes.
