| CBQ works, but only if you know exactly how your link behaves. It uses the link idle time to calculate it's actions. But this depends on too many unknown elements: packet size, real link bandwidth, bottlenecks, delays, ... I tested CBQ and I got some good results. But that was always on a local network. When you implement CBQ on a link that's heavily used, you can get some strange results.
